Once the patient’s basic needs are met, I shift focus to ensuring safety through environmental assessments, fall risk mitigation, and infection control measures. I partner with interdisciplinary team members—including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers—to adopt a holistic strategy that addresses the patient’s safety comprehensively.

As patient stability improves, I focus on psychosocial aspects, offering emotional support, promoting effective communication, and delivering individualized education.
